How to download

A) Download any Senetunes product in 3 steps

1- Choose your product and add it to your cart 
2- Validate your cart and proceed to the payment
3- A mail with a download link for your product will be sent to you .

B) I did not receive mail with the download link
1- Check your Spam folder, the mail might be there
2- Wait 10 minutes and check your inbox again

C) The download link is not working
1- Right click on the download button
2- Copy the link and open it in a new tab in your browser.

D) I've got the following message "You have reached the maximum number of downloads allowed" when i click on the link
1- This message will show when you try to download a product more than once.
If for any other reasons the download failed, contact our customer service. For some cases, a new download link will be provided.

Dowload a product via the senetunes interface.

This tutorial is for you if you did not receive a mail with the download link for your product.The Senetunes team is at your disposal to answer your questions.

1) Log in to access your Senetunes space.

2) Click on the "My Orders" tab to access your purchases.

3) Click on your order. The details of your order will appear at the bottom of the page

4) Scroll down to the bottom and then click on your product to start downloading.
